Furniture Returns

You have 30 days from receipt to return any furniture purchase for a refund. All goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. 

 

Fabric Returns

Fabric/Vinyl: You have 30 days from receipt to return any purchase of Fabric/Vinyl, All Fabric/Vinyl must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note as the Fabric/Vinyl is cut to your preferred length there is a RESTOCKING FEE of 25% of the Fabric cost excluding the cost of shipping. This percentage will be deducted from your refund.

    Samples: Please note we DO NOT accept returns for fabric samples.

     

    How to make a return:

    If you wish to return unwanted items to us please follow the simple steps below:

    Step 1: Email customerservice@coverallhome.com with details of your order and return.

    Step 2: Arrange to have your order shipped back to us. Please note we cannot arrange collection.

    Step 3: We will inspect the item(s) to ensure the item(s) are unused unopened and in their original packaging.

    Step 4: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days from the return being received at CoverAll Home.

    Please note if you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances.

     

    My order arrived incorrectly or damaged?

    If you order arrives incorrectly or damaged please notify our customer service team within 24hrs of receipt and include images of any damage.

    We will then arrange for the item to be collected and returned to ourselves, once the item is inspected and we are satisfied with the defect we will either issue a refund or a replacement item.

     

    My item has developed a defect outside of the returns period?

    All our products come supplied with a warranty as standard. Please contact our customer service team with details of the defect and they will strive to fix the issue in a timely manner.
